Martine Nouet, Editor of Whisky Magazine France, whisky expert and chef, will be preparing a three course meal on camera next week, pairing food with some of the great beers from Marshall Wharf Brewing Co. Martine is an acknowledged expert on sensory pairing and spent many years with global beer meister, Michael Jackson (The Beer Hunter) pairing some of the worlds most iconic and obscure beers with foods.
Why videos on oysters? Well oysters and beer, what could be a better duo and here Martine visits the tidal flats at Craig Archibald’s Craigens Farm on Loch Gruinart, Islay to sample freshly harvested oysters and pair them with three of the local Islay whiskies, Ardbeg, Bruichladdich and Laphroaig.
